Vietnam is a country of natural beauty and charming cultures in Southeast Asia. It offers a unique  blend of the East and West with plenty of sights, sounds and smells. From the exciting pace of the cities to breathtaking rural landscapes and villages, Vietnam’s diversity is astounding. The two largest cities reflect thereby the different faces of the bustling country: Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) is the economic, commercial centre and the country's greatest metropolitan area consisting of a vibrant, modern and high energy lifestyle during Hanoi has been always preserving the reputation as the center of culture and tradition. Nature has blessed Vietnam with bountiful attractions. From the numerous stunning islands and islets rising from the azure waters of Halong Bay, the soaring mountains of the far north with the terraced rice fields around the villages of ethnic minorities to the carpet of emerald-green rice paddies in the south and the narrow canals of the Mekong Delta. The beaches in Central Vietnam are beckoning with 3,300 km of coast line dotted by numerous magnificent beaches in Nha Trang and Mui Ne where you can enjoy beach vacation and some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in all Asia. In Hue and the harbor city of Hoi An you will find history, culture, cuisine, and many centuries-old trading houses.

Vietnam is calling out to you with a diverse range of travel experiences that will enthrall the first-time visitors and continually rewards those that return.

Hanoi is the second largest city of Vietnam and is referred as the cradle of culture. The capital of Vietnam is a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and public parks. The Old Quarter is a maze of narrow streets evolved from an archaic craftsmen village where workshops were organized by trades or guilds. Hanoi still retains the charms of the past mixed up with the buzzing urban lifestyle. However, you will be surprised not only because of it’s art and history but also deeply impressed by the everyday life, which often takes place on the street.

Listed by UNESCO as a World’s Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay is a natural wonder with exceptional beauty of submerged limestone mountains and karst pillars. A bay cruise in Halong offers an opportunity to see magnificent scenery and splendid caverns. The magnificent Halong Bay will surely leave a deep impression on you.Cruise on traditional wooden junks past the hundreds of islands would be unforgettable memories.

Being situated a mere 50 km east of Hai Phong city in the north of Vietnam, Cat Ba Island is part of a chain of 366 islands that lie within the larger area of Halong Bay and is the largest island in Halong Bay with almost 300km². If Halong Bay is famous for one of the World Heritages, Cat Ba Island is a national park of Vietnam. The island was honorably recognized by UNESCO in 2005 as a Biosphere reserve of the world and is easily accessible and matches neighbouring Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay for stunning natural beauty. Cat Ba is known for its rugged limestone mountains, hot and cold springs, moist tropical forests, mangrove forest, coral reefs as well as its deserted beaches, and casual island lifestyle. It also offers visitors the added options of relaxation, adventure and cultural exchange.

In the northwest mountains, Sapa is situated in an idyllic location between the Hoang Lien Son mountains and paddy fields on endlessly stepped rice terraces. Sapa had long been the market place for the surrounding montagnard villages before the French built a town around and made it a station for holidays and expeditions. Today, Sapa offers greatest treks of a lifetime, authentic interaction with local cultures and fascinating visit to colorful tribal markets.

Located on the Southern end of the Red River Delta, Ninh Binh is blessed with diverse topography of both mountainous and coastal areas. Ninh Binh represents typical rural villages of Northern region with vast green paddy field, expanding mountains and poetic river that flows to the horizon. Not only that, Ninh Binh's history is also worth mentioning: as the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, Ninh Binh is a venue of relics that reflect its 1000 years of history and development.

With charming landscape of mountain and sea and the coast dotted with blue water, yellow sand beaches that sparkle under forests of green willow trees like Nhat Le and Da Nhay, Quang Binh attracts thousands tourists coming to visit every year. Moreover, located at the north of the majestic Truong Son range in central, Quang Binh province is one of the world's two largest limestone regions of numerous caves inside the limestone mountain created by the river underground with the length nearly 14.000 meter. Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park with its system of some 300 caves and grottoes recognized as the World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003 and Son Doong cave, a relatively recently discovered cave in the national park which is regarded as the largest cave in the world are the two most outstanding highlights that can not be missed of Quang Binh.

Famously being one of Vietnam’s seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Imperial City of Hue has long been a must-see attraction for tourists visiting a hidden charm of Vietnam. The city is famous for the magnificent tombs of the Nguyen emperors and the ruins of the Citadel. The Imperial City of Hue, a masterpiece of architecture was actually a walled fortress and palace belonged to the ancient city of Hue which was a capital city of the Nguyen Dynasty for 140 years date back from 1805 until 1945. This peaceful town on the Perfume River offers beside palace and mausoleums a beautiful landscape for strolling around and hiking.

Da Nang has a stunning coastline of over 90 kilometres long, famous for many beautiful seashores stretching from the foot of the Hai Van Pass to the Marble Mountains that are calm seas with green water during four seasons. With 900 meters in length and being listed in the US Forbes Magazine as one of the 6 most beautiful beaches in the world, My Khe beach is the most popular and idyllic beach in Danang with both locals and visitors with smooth sand and a slight slope. Besides that, thanks to the impressive architecture and special significance, the Dragon Bridge has gradually become a symbol and an icon of the prosperous future of the city. Each weekend, after sunset, residents and visitors are treated to a pyrotechnic show in which with a roar, the dragon's head spits fearsome plumes of fire, followed by hissing clouds of water vapor.

The beautiful city remained relatively untouched by the Vietnam War. Hoi An is known worldwide for its colorful lanterns, narrow streets and low wooden buildings with peculiar tiled roofs, dating from the first half of the 19th century. Many buildings have already been recognized as historically significant. The old town was from the 17th to the early 19th century, one of the most important port cities of Southeast Asia.

The place is known for its kilometers beach city. Neither a charmer like Mui Ne nor a historic jewel like Hoi An, Nha Trang has it owns hidden beauty that keeps visitors coming back for more. With strong sea breezes, Mui Ne is most famous for kite and wind surfing. Mui Ne’s long beach is also quiet and serene, great for walks, jogging and spectacular sunsets. The most must-see destination in Mui Ne is the Sand Dunes, where the dunes turn from white to gold and the near-constant oceanic winds sculpting the sands into wonderful formations just like Sahara desert.

Ho Chi Minh City has grown to be Vietnam's largest metropolitan and the commercial capital. It’s a city of extraordinary energy with busy streets with countless street vendors, cyclos, food stalls, shops and markets. Hotel de Ville, General Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, these landmark buildings are perhaps the most ornate of all colonial structures in the city.

The Mekong Delta is one of the great natural wonders of Vietnam, covering more than 15,000 square miles of South West Vietnam where the river meets the East Sea. And it’s not just the geography that’s attractive. The Mekong is a way of life and the river is surrounded by fertile soil that supplies a huge proportion of Vietnam’s agricultural production. The Mekong Delta is known as the southern rice bowl of the country. Life in the delta rotates around the waterways and the best way to see that is to visit one of the many colorful floating markets.
