Our transport today is a traditional cyclo, a three-wheeled bicycle with a carriage at the front for the passenger to sit in, while the driver uses pedal power to transport us. This allows us to take in the sights, sounds and smells of Nha Trang City without the barrier of a car window or the sound of an engine, so very environmentally friendly. Discover the historic Stone Church and Long Son Pagoda, bargain for souvenirs at Dam Market and enjoy a lunch of local Vietnamese cuisine. Learn about the Cham ethnic group history by visiting the Ponagar Tower (a Cham temple tower founded sometime before 781), and finish the day with a stroll along Nha Trang beach.
After picking clients up at their hotel in Nha Trang, board a cyclo and get ready for a memorable ride. Soak up the bustling street scene as your cyclist-chauffer pedals you through the Beach Boulevard of Tran Phu considered to be the most beautiful and longest seaside street in the city, to observe a part of Nha Trang with the restaurants, bars, shops, crowds and even the chaotic traffic.
The cyclo then takes you to XQ historical village. Clients will have a good chance to admire well-known XQ masterpieces of hand embroidery and learn how they are made. Then continue to visit Stone Church. Built between 1928 and 1933, this church is the oldest Catholic Church in Nha Trang. After that, clients will visit another old building - Long Son pagoda, which was built in 1886. This pagoda is one of the oldest and biggest pagodas in Nha Trang. It is famous not only with its architectural features but also its history. Its giant concrete Buddha statue is a popular vantage point to see the whole city.
We will break for lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, continue to visit Po Nagar Towers. These towers one of the remains of Cham Kingdom in Viet Nam which were built between the 7th and 12th centuries. Clients will have time to relax and gain their health in mud and mineral water bathing at Hot Mineral Spring Center. End of the tour with Shopping at Dam Market. It is a popular destination for tourists with all types of local goods, domestic and foreign articles and especially dried seafood.
