Visa Procedure At Vietnam Airports

At the ARRIVAL HALL inside the airports, there is a Landing Visa Counter in front of the check - in point counter, you have to prepare required documents to get visa stamp:

• Your original passport (valid for at least 6 months and left pages),
• 02 (4x6 cm) passport photos,
• Entry/ exit form
• Cash to pay stamping fee in USD/VND

The stamping fee is the fee you are required to pay at the Vietnamese airport in order to get the official visa stamped in your passport. The stamp fee must be in cash, no credit cards are accepted. Currencies accepted: Vietnam Dong (VND) and USD (US Dollars)

Following the Circular No.157/2015/TT-BTC dated October 08, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance (Vietnam Government) stipulating the regime on collection, remittance, management and use of fees at Vietnam international airports upon arrival, THE STAMPING VISA FEE is applied from 23 November 2015 as follows:

• Single entry (1-3 months): 25 US$
• Multiple entry valid up to 03 months: 50 US$
• Multiple entry (3-6 months): 95 US$

The process usually takes 5 to 15 minutes.

NORMAL PROCESSING: 3 – 4 working days

URGENT PROCESSING: 2 working days
