Leave the centre of Ho Chi Minh City behind, cruise along Saigon River with a speedboat, and head to a historic place – Cu Chi Tunnels. Your guide will introduce life along the banks of the Saigon River as your boat gracefully slips through knots of floating water hyacinths on this scenic one-hour boat trip. It's will definitely be an adventurous and learning experience. Served as the shelter and revolutionary base of operations of the Vietnamese soldiers during the wartime, this man-made Cu Chi Tunnels will offer you lots of interesting stories. After watching an informative video of presentation, the guide will take you to the underground network's most essential sections. Vietnam War was a dark time, but learning about it will make you appreciate the present much more.
Activity Schedule:
07:00 AM: Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and bring you by car to your boat at Ho Chi Minh City's central pier.
08:00 AM: Depart from Saigon to Cu Chi Tunnels by speedboat. Within 15 minutes, the banks of the river change from city buildings to lush jungle.Fresh pastries and local fruits will be served with Vietnamese coffee on the boat as your guide explains rural traditions and aspects of riverbank life.
09:15 AM: Once you arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels (Ben Dinh), you will begin your excursion by watching a documentary film about one of the most sophisticated man-made tunnels together with its extraordinary wartime legends and:
- Walking in the jungle and visiting the traps, the secret entrances, the bunkers, and underground hideouts.
- Relaxing with shooting real guns at the riffle range of Cu Chi Tunels. (Exclusive of bullets)
- Seeing the rice- paper (spring roll skin) and rice- wine production line.
- Crawling into the tunnels and enjoying the special and fantastic feeling.
- Taking a rest, drinking green tea and having tapioca - the main food served during the war time.
11:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Enjoy the traditional Vietnamese lunch at a riverside restaurant.2:00 PM: Go back to Hochiminh City by boat. Arrive back at the city's central pier. You will be taken back to your hotel by car.

- The regular tour has a 2 passenger minimum requirement for operation and is subject to cancellation if this minimum is not met. You will be informed at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm schedule. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, guests may request another tour, a different travel date or a refund.
