Having a long history of cultural interchange and stretching over several climate zones, Vietnam possesses a rich cuisine art, and the tastes vary extremely from North to South. A short cooking lesson in Saigon is the best way to learn about Vietnam's food heritage.
Together with our cook-instructor or an assistant, we will go to the nearest market and buy some fresh ingredients upon his guideline. Later the cook will present to us how to prepare some of Saigon's well-known dishes. After cooking, we will eventually enjoy local delicious foods, of which some have been prepared by ourselves! Yum! Finally we will take you back to your hotel in the afternoon.
